If you had an hour with me, what questions would you ask?  A Power Hour is just that - a once-off 60 minute session where you can pick my brains and get the answers to all of the questions you have flying around in your head.

A Power Hour is for you if you:

  • want to enjoy your pregnancy experience, rather than just 'survive' it and want some general tips on how to keep yourself as healthy as possible, however far along you are

  • want to support your baby's growth and development, setting them up to be a strong, healthy child by making sure you're getting all the nutrients you need

  • need quick, easy and stress-free meal ideas and advice that makes eating the right foods simple

  • want to be physically and mentally strong so that you are prepared for birth and for your recovery afterwards.

  • have questions about specific aspects of your health and diet during pregnancy

2. Bump to Baby: Pregnancy Focused Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

Bump to Baby is a coaching package offering you 1:1 support throughout your pregnancy so that you feel safe and confident in making changes to your diet and lifestyle at this important stage in your life.  Over the course of 3 sessions, we'll focus on the key aspects of health that are the foundations of a healthy pregnancy - for mum and baby - Nourishment, Lifestyle, the Microbiome and Supplements.

This is for you if you:

  • want the comfort of having someone there who has the knowledge to answer your questions and support you in having the healthiest pregnancy possible
