  • have been trying to get pregnant for the last few months but without success and want to see if there is anything you can do to help things along
  • are already pregnant and want to support your health and energy, as well as baby's growth and development by making sure you're getting all the nutrients you need
  • want to be physically and mentally strong so that you are prepared for pregnancy, birth and your postpartum recovery.

Let me put your mind at ease by giving you the answers you need.
What stage of the journey are you at?
Trying for baby? Pregnant? Postpartum or Breastfeeding?

Each power hour is based on your specific needs.  Simply let me know what stage you're at and then you can use the hour to get as much information as you can, centred around these 4 key areas:

Woman Unloading Grocery
Nourishment - a healthy diet is the cornerstone of a healthy pregnancy and improved fertility

We can chat about what foods to include (or not), what nutrients are important and where to get them, meal ideas (and how you can make eating well quick and easy), blood sugar control, food for your energy, mood & mental health and lots more - you decide.

Lifestyle - preparing your body & mind for pregnancy, recovery and more

We can cover anything and everything from sleep, stress management, exercise and self-care to reducing your toxic load to help balance your hormones.

Supplements - a helping hand for when you need it most

Let's talk all things supplements and what you should be looking for at your specific stage.

The Microbiome - your gut is the key to good health

The bacteria in your gut are responsible for everything from digestion and detoxification, to hormone balance and immune function. Keeping it in good working order is essential to support fertility and pregnancy health.

    • preparing for your postpartum recovery; or
    • nutrition & lifestyle tips during breastfeeding
  • a full set of notes and resources sent to you after our session covering everything we discussed during the call
  • personalised action steps that you can get started on straight after we meet
Are you ready for your Power Hour?

A Power Hour is a once-off opportunity for you to get all your niggly questions answered & get you prepared for pregnancy, baby and more.

But (there's always a but isn't there?), there's only so much we can cover in an hour and, depending on your unique situation, there may be things that require us to dig a little deeper to really get you the answers and support that you need.

Are you dealing with one or more chronic condition (PCOS, diabetes etc)?

Have you been trying to conceive for more than 12 months or suffered multiple miscarriages?

Are you undergoing IVF or other fertility treatments?

These scenarios (among others) generally require a more in-depth look at your hormonal health and require more than 1 session.
